Frank Medlen Jr, an Indiana National Guard Soldier, filled his property in Vincennes, Indiana with more than 6,000 American Flags.  With the help of more than 60 volunteers, Medlen, an Iraq Combat Veteran, is displaying the flags for the public in honor of those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice in recent conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The flags will be on display until Sunday, July 5, 2015 and the public is encouraged to stop by this weekend and walk through the sea of flags, some of which have names of fallen servicemembers written on them.
